For Flotek, it’s a reflection of the team’s hard work over the past three years: growing from a single telecoms business in South Wales into a national group delivering managed IT, cyber security, and communications services across the UK.

This award isn’t about one person or one project. It’s about the whole team, from our engineers and account managers to the leadership group who keep the business moving forward. It also recognises the partnerships we’ve built, both with the businesses we’ve acquired and the partners we support day to day.

Since launching in 2022, Flotek has completed multiple acquisitions across Wales, England, and Scotland, building a national footprint while maintaining a strong Welsh identity. Our HQ remains in Cardiff, our roots are in South Wales, and a significant portion of our team and leadership are based here.

This award is a reminder that growth and ambition don’t have to mean moving away from where you started.
