What does “end-of-life” mean?
After October 2025, Microsoft will no longer provide updates or security patches for Windows 10. This will leave your systems vulnerable to security threats, compliance risks, incompliance with Cyber Essentials and operational inefficiencies.

How to get started?
More than 55% of our customer machines are ready for Windows 11, meaning they meet the necessary requirements to just be upgraded. For these, we’ll need to perform a manual upgrade while ensuring all hardware components such as sound and network drivers are updatable. However, 45% of the machines are older models that cannot be upgraded and don’t meet the minimum requirement. In these cases, we will need to transfer the data and provide new machines, which can be paid either upfront or through monthly instalments if preferred.
Although we have a maximum of 12-month window before the end-of-life date, we currently support over 5,500+ PCs and laptops. Therefore, we need to plan and distribute the upgrades and engineer availability over the next year to manage demand effectively as we expect hardware pricing to increase and availability to be less available.
