Annie, our Projects Team Manager, sat down with Louisa to talk about her role, her journey in the industry, and what she loves most about being part of the Flotek family.

Connecting with Louisa

Louisa is one of the driving forces within our Projects Team, helping to coordinate everything from installations to customer updates and deliveries.

Having joined Flotek around 18 months ago, Louisa brings a wealth of experience and an unmatched enthusiasm for teamwork and problem-solving. But her connection to Flotek’s story goes back much further — she was our CEO, Jay Ball’s first-ever employee back in 2007, when he launched his first company, DataKom in South Wales.

A Day in the Life

For Louisa, no two days are ever the same. As a Project Coordinator, her mornings begin with checking customer updates, liaising with third-party contractors and engineers, and ensuring all deliveries and installations are on track.

Her role demands a balance of organisation, communication, and quick thinking — all while keeping customer satisfaction front and centre.
