Bullhorn CRM Integration Update  

We have added another CRM integration to our list; you can now connect the recruitment CRM from Bullhorn. 

As an approved partner for Bullhorn, we are now fully integrated to improve workflow with features such as click-to-dial from Bullhorn, contact pop-up, and two-way integration, which allows call information to be recorded by recognising the phone number of the caller. 

When adding a Bullhorn integration to your account, it is now possible to add both a Contacts Phonebook and Candidates Phonebook, to get started follow this guide: 

  • Log in to your account 
  • Go to Account > Integrations > New Integration 
  • Select Bullhorn 
  • Enter the Bullhorn User Name for the account you wish to integrate 
  • Set both Contacts Phonebook and Candidates Phonebook to ‘New’ 
  • Click Complete to finish the integration process 
  • It is also possible to edit existing Bullhorn integrations by opening the integration, scrolling to the bottom of the page, and setting the unoccupied phonebook to ‘New’.

Dentally Integration  

This month, we integrated with the popular Dentally dental CRM, used by over 50,000 practitioners worldwide, including single-site, multi-site, and NHS practices.  

To get started follow our easy guide below: 

  • Request your API Token from Dentally 
  • Select Dentally from the integration list 
  • Enter the API Token and set Phonebook to New 
  • Select whether or not the integration requires two-way sync

Call Recording Add Ons 

Our Pro license includes a 90-day call recording feature, which our customers love. Now, we offer 12, 36, and 60-month recording options to keep recordings longer. You can set this on a per-extension basis, so you only pay for what you need. This feature was highly requested, and we’re excited to provide quick playback through the portal! 

Bulk User Edit enhancements 

We’ve listened to your feedback and added new functionality that allows you to quickly bulk edit your users. For instance, if you want to enable hot desking, rather than going into each user individually, you can now apply this setting to all users with just a few clicks. This enhancement was highly requested, and we are excited to provide these new options, making user management more efficient. 

Here are some examples of the things you can now bulk edit: 

New options include: 

  • Caller ID 
  • Message Caller ID 
  • Call Recording On/Off 
  • Hold Music 
  • TimeZone 
  • Hot Desking – Enabled/ Disabled 
  • Local Country Code 
  • Show Missed Calls 
  • Emergency Services Line Identifier 
  • Call Handling 
  • Call Waiting On/ Off 

Within the customer portal: 

  • Voice > Users > Users 
  • Hit Bulk Edit once to Select All Users 
  • Hit Bulk Edit again to bring up the list of bulk edit options. You can de-select users if you plan to make changes to only a subset of the user list

Hunt Group Join/Leave Short Code 

We’ve added a new Short Code to enable users to join or leave a Hunt Group. This new feature allows users to toggle in or out of a hunt group from their phones or using the PulseHD app. For instance, suppose you need Mary to cover Sandra on reception for the rest of the day because Mary had to leave early. Now, you can easily handle this situation! Sandra would press a pre-programmed key or enter a short code to toggle in and out of the hunt group. We’ve provided instructions below on how to do this, but feel free to reach out to our support team, and we’ll be happy to enable this nifty feature. 

  • In the customer portal, Voice > Config > Short Codes 
  • Assign the Short Code digits and select ‘Toggle in/out of a hunt group’ 
  • Hit Save 

To use this short-code to join or leave a hunt group: 

  • Enter the short code, then the extension number of the hunt group 
  • For instance, as below *27 1000 

No additional permissions are required for users to make use of this short code.

New Headset Compatibility  

Great news, we’ve now tested some extra headsets to provide full compatibility – as you know we love Yealink, and so four new headsets from the popular manufacturer are added into the approved list. 

This isn’t to say other headsets don’t work, but these ones have been confirmed and tested for full compatibility. Most USB headsets will often work with PulseHD.

  • Yealink UH37-DUAL-UC 
  • Yealink UH38-MONO-UC 
  • Yealink BH76-DUAL-UC 

Line Key Auto-Populate

We have also enhanced the product with a new feature that significantly improves the line-key provisioning process. This new capability allows user names to be auto-populated on your devices, meaning that if extension names are updated in the portal, your phones will automatically reflect these changes. This enhancement not only saves a considerable amount of time but also ensures that your system is always up-to-date with minimal effort on your part. 

When bulk uploading line-key settings via CSV, please remember to leave the extension name blank so that the system can automatically populate the user names based on the updated extension information.

Other Flo:One Platform Updates we’ve introduced 

Provisioning and configuration improvements: 

  • Updated Yealink Default Auto-Provisioning Profiles to include additional usability improvements, following customer feedback: 

– Removed white banner across screen for missed calls 

– No LED flash on Missed Call 

– Replace SIP User ID with User Nickname on Off-Hook display 

– Easier Name Searching in Directories 

– Call History shows both Call Route Nickname and Caller ID 

  • Updated Hardware Advanced Config Files to ensure they retain their order within text editor 
  • Improved the Bulk Provisioning CSV tool, to ensure the the correct Line Keys are presented on devices 
  • Improved the Auto-Provisioning system for Yealink handsets to handle devices on older firmware on first connection to Flo:One 
  • Improved the Flo:One provisioning system to allow for stepped upgrades where required and resolve certificate issues 
  • Fixed a bug that caused occasional crashes when updating HubSpot phonebook contacts 
  • Fixed a bug that saw phonebook contacts occasionally being duplicated on import 
  • Improved the functionality and reliability of the Flo:One migration processor 
  • Added the ability to migrate accounts with no active extensions

Missed Group Calls Display Change

The call history feature has been enhanced to accurately reflect calls made to hunt groups, indicating when another user within the group has answered the call. Previously, these calls were displayed as missed calls. Now, they will be shown as answered, along with the extension information of the user who responded to the call.

Other exciting improvements: 

We’ve updated transfer settings to ensure the original Caller ID is displayed when transferring calls, making it easier to keep track of your communications. 

Yealink handsets can now use DTMF keypresses through our Smart Dialler in the desktop app, providing more flexibility during calls. 

Bug Fixes: 

We’ve resolved an issue with bridged accounts not displaying correctly in keypad contacts, ensuring all your contacts are accurately shown. 

The ‘Phonebook Contacts’ filter will now persist across sessions, so you won’t have to reapply your settings every time. 

We corrected a problem where bridged account prefix + extension would append +44 incorrectly, so your calls will connect seamlessly. 

These enhancements and fixes are designed to improve your overall experience and make managing your communications more efficient and reliable. 

Call History Improvements 

Missed Group Calls Display Change: Calls made to hunt groups will now be accurately shown as answered, displaying the extension of the user who picked up, instead of being marked as missed. This ensures you know exactly who handled the call, improving transparency and efficiency. 

Enhanced Features 

  • Caller ID on Transfers: We’ve updated transfer settings to display the original Caller ID during transfers, making it simpler to track your communications. 
  • Flexible Dialling: Yealink handsets can now use DTMF keypresses via our Smart Dialler in the desktop app, adding more flexibility during calls. 

Chat Enhancements 

  • New and frequently used emojis are now readily accessible in the chat hot menu, making your messages more expressive. 
  • Resolved bugs that prevented deleted users from being removed from group chats and fixed tag display issues. 
  • Improved BLF status reliability and message delivery consistency across the desktop app. 

Mobile App Updates 

  • iOS: Added the ability to minimize the in-call screen and enhanced chat efficiency and initial load speed for larger chats. 
  • Android: Fixed issues with call notifications and Bluetooth permissions, and improved chat load speed and message read features. 

These enhancements and fixes are designed to improve your overall experience, making managing your communications more efficient and reliable.
