Malcolm, an experienced Managing Director, has held key leadership roles, including Operation Director and Service Director, within a thriving 100-million-Pound business. He notably led a 15-member team during the Rona sailing project. In business, his mantra is ‘standardise, simplify, and automate.’ Malcolm’s commitment to professional growth is evident through his completion of numerous management courses, including ‘7 Habits of Highly Effective Leaders,’ IPECS Technical training, and Customer Service NVQ level 3/4. He also holds a Business Leadership NVQ Level 4 certification. Out of hours, Malcom has a season ticket with Charlton Athletic and travel with his family abroad.
