With a 13-year leadership career in large organisations like Sky and Metro, where he managed contact centres and led teams to deliver best-in-industry quality and service across 2 million interactions per year, Daniel was eager to join a more entrepreneurial company. He wanted to be part of a fast-growing business that shares his passion for both customers and colleagues. In his spare time, Daniel loves taking his son Dylan who’s 18-months-old to the park each Saturday. A fan of horror and thriller films, and a keen electronic music fan.
