Charlotte is our Rapid Response Technician, she brings a wealth of experience to the table, having spent over a decade as a web and software developer. Her commitment to excellence extends beyond the digital realm. Charlotte’s professional demeanour shines through when interacting with clients, whether it’s face-to-face or over the phone. With four years of experience as a B2B manager at Dixons PLC, equipped with a BSc (Hons) in Multimedia and BTEC National Diploma for IT Practitioners. During out of hours, Charlotte enjoys crochet & Fibre arts and spending time with her three cats.
